Mr. Su Ngoc
Khuong
Dr. Khuong brings over 25 years of cross-sector expertise spanning infrastructure finance, investment management, and emerging market strategies. Currently Senior Investment Director at Savills Vietnam and Scientific Council member at the Institute of Informatics and Applied Economics, he combines academic rigor with practical execution.
His infrastructure leadership includes Chief Representative for JICA’s design research team on the $360M Cai Mep-Thi Vai International Port project and Deputy Project Director at Montgomery Watson Harza – Meinhardt J/V for Ho Chi Minh City’s €130M BOT-funded water supply initiative. He has held strategic positions across thermal and hydroelectric power plants, oil and gas companies, and civil construction.
His investment experience spans Real Estate Director at Vina Securities (VinaCapital subsidiary) and Vietnam Partners LLC. As Appraisal Council member and Mentor for Sharktank Vietnam’s Billion Dollar Deal program, he bridges traditional infrastructure investment with venture capital dynamics.
Dr. Khuong provides Ex Nihilo with insight into ASEAN infrastructure-venture convergence, BOT financing mechanisms, and strategic positioning required to navigate Southeast Asia’s complex investment landscape.
